Seatos is designed as a premium next-generation invite-only platform that helps people to find unique places across Greece. It operates based on personal preferences, live feedback, and continuous data updates. Seatos tracks the comfort of each place, taking into attention the congestion, popularity, weather conditions, cleanliness status, and over 50 secondary parameters Business owners are able to use the Seatos platform as a single point of truth to manage their local business focused on the premium segment.

Challenge

With the widespread adoption of technology by tour operators and travelers, there is a demand for unique offerings and individual solutions. Currently, the premium segment of the travel industry is managed by people, but this approach may not meet the expectations of demanding customers Our challenge was to create a premium-level digital platform that combines the individual approach of a person with a deep understanding of the customer and the lightning-fast speed of modern technologies.

Solution

We've started with thorough competitor research followed by SWOT analysis. We found that the current market was overcrowded with a variety of competitors in the premium segment, but all of them were lacking the quality of service of the mass-market solutions We took this unique selling point as a core of the app and designed the whole infrastructure around that. We created detailed user flows, uncovered potential risks, and tested our assumptions. Tho logical structure was used as a basis for strong and clean visuals that convey technologies and expected lifestyle.

Result

We delivered a smart, modern, intuitive, and lightning- fast solution for travelers and business owners. The app has shown promising engagement and retention levels and hit the KPI set.
