Viahaus is a new brand that sets out to be a global Home Search platform that provides a network of buyers, renters, sellers, real estate agents and professionals in all kinds of home services.

Challenge

It is always difficult to enter a market that's already occupied with competitors with established brands. While it's difficult to introduce a new brand, we found there is one advantage to be a late bloomer... time. Newer brands have the advantage to observe what has been working, learn from the mistakes of their predecessors, and find that gap to fill in order to leap ahead.

Strategy

The gap our strategists found was the limitation of search parameters and the lack of related home services offered. By advancing the search options and the network of home professionals of all capacities, they were able to create a super-personalized home services platform under one roof.

Concept

The conceptual foundation is anchored in the strategical approach that is captured with the brand tagline, "The Most Personalized Home Search." Through every social platform, the versatility and simplicity of the home search parameters are emphasized through all written content and brand visuals.

Design

The overall design is photography-heavy due to the nature of the industry. By choosing the right home and home-owner images evoke a feeling of trust, motivation, curiosity and hope for potential users. While the secondary yellow color captures that hope and trust, the primary blue is based on one of the most popular paint colors.

Marketing

By using economical and authoritative use of hard-hitting statements like "Start Packing" - "Search is Over"- "Welcome Home", the brand effectively distinguishes itself from the noise and becomes memorable.
