WiselyClub is more than app. It is a community-driven platform with thousand of users with a common belief in decentralization and true financial freedom. While banks are sluggish and risk-averse, private investors are hard to reach, existing lending apps are costly, the WiselyClub is a friendly and self-regulated community of the like-minders at a marketplace. In WiselyClub, borrowers could quickly get loans, while investors could use available funds wisely. The app works as a gateway, mediator, and guarantor of fairness.Challenge
Building robust and easy to use application is always a challenge, especially when you need it in a smartphone. With most users willing to have access on-the-go, our goal was to design an error-proof friendly experience for busy people. On top of that, we were to design easy-to-get charts and conversation-like processes to support an accommodating intuitive approach.Solution
We started with a deep analysis of the existing lending processes and main business pain points from both borrowers' and investors' perspectives. With that knowledge, we were able to find gaps in existing applications on the market to ensure a real need to develop a brand new application. We sketched out several options for the problem, covering various gap combinations, and came up with a set of possible solutions. Then, we found the right balance between functionality and aesthetics that our test users appreciated.Result
We came with sleek, modern, and intuitive application designs passed to the internal development team. As of early 2021, the app was submitted to pass the required certification.Date
